Mr. Shanmuganadan Prabhakaran is an accomplished business leader and qualified Attorney-at-Law with extensive experience in legal practice and corporate management. He serves as the Founder and Director of several successful enterprises, including DT Packs, Woods Industries Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and Express Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, demonstrating strong expertise in industrial operations, strategic planning, and business development.

He holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM (UK), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the University of Colombo. His leadership is grounded in legal compliance, corporate governance, and ethical decision-making, enabling him to provide strategic direction across his ventures.

As the driving force behind Golden Agro Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Prabhakaran leads with a clear vision of delivering sustainable and innovative plantation solutions, with a strong focus on premium vanilla cultivation. Under his leadership, the company emphasizes integrity, accountability, and long-term value creation while supporting rural development and environmentally responsible practices.

Mr. Chandra Schaffter serves as the Main Consultation Officer of Golden Agro Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, providing strategic guidance and expert consultation to support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth. His experience and advisory role add significant value to the company’s governance, planning, and long-term development.

Mr. Chandra Thomas Adolphus Schaffter is a highly respected Sri Lankan business leader and former cricket administrator. A former first-class cricketer who represented Ceylon in the 1950s, he is also the founder of Janashakthi Insurance, Sri Lanka’s first major locally owned life insurance company, established in 1994.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Sri Lankan cricket, he was among 49 former cricketers felicitated by Sri Lanka Cricket in September 2018 for their services prior to Sri Lanka gaining full membership in the International Cricket Council (ICC). His vast experience, leadership, and legacy provide invaluable strategic guidance to Golden Agro Ventures (Pvt) Ltd.

Kenath Dilroy Manohar is a seasoned plantation management professional and Consultant – Projects with over a decade of experience in large-scale tea estate operations. He has held senior managerial positions at Calsay Estate and Radella Estate, Nanu Oya, under Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC (Hayleys Plantations Ltd), where he was responsible for estate administration, productivity enhancement, cost control, and sustainable plantation practices.

He holds a Foundation in Agricultural Management from the University of Guelph, Canada, a BSc in Plantation Management, and an MSc in Agri Enterprises and Technology Management from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, along with professional training in Tea Manufacture and Factory Practices from the National Institute of Plantation Management. A three-time recipient of the Hayleys Chairman’s Award (2016, 2019, 2020), Mr. Manohar brings strong technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic insight to plantation and agricultural development projects.

Mr. Rajendran Venothkummar is a seasoned professional in financial management, internal audit, and business process re-engineering, with strong expertise in organizational transformation and governance. He holds a B.Sc. in Public Management (Special) and is a member of ACPM (Sri Lanka) and AMIM (Sri Lanka).

A Leadership Award winner, Mr. Venothkummar has served in senior roles including Assistant General Manager – Internal Audit,and brings extensive experience as a business transformation leader and corporate trainer. His expertise supports improved financial controls, operational efficiency, and sustainable organizational performance.

Rizvi Mohammed is a highly experienced legal and contract administration professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in Sri Lanka and Oman. He brings strong expertise in legal consultancy, contract administration, corporate compliance, and advisory services, adding significant value to organizations through his multidisciplinary background in law, quantity surveying, and construction management.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Buckinghamshire New University, England, and a BSc (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. In addition, he has completed the National Certificate in Technology (Quantity Surveying) from the Technical College of Sri Lanka and formal training in Engineering Draughtsmanship from the Provincial Educational Department, Sri Lanka.

His combined legal, technical, and commercial expertise enables him to effectively manage contracts, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making across diverse industries.

Ms. Lakmali is a qualified Attorney-at-Law with strong expertise in legal practice, corporate compliance, and advisory services. Holding LLB and LLM qualifications, she also serves as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. With a background in mathematics and company secretarial practice, she brings a well-rounded, analytical approach to legal and corporate matters, supporting sound decision-making and governance.

Mr. Saman Thilakasiri Kalubandara is an experienced Attorney-at-Law providing legal advisory and professional guidance across corporate and regulatory matters. With a focus on compliance, legal integrity, and practical solutions, he contributes to strengthening organizational governance and ensuring alignment with legal frameworks.
